z’Makana Stube is the Residence Hotel Cima Jazzi’s restaurant.

Under the personal guidance of Giorgio Carelli, z’Makana Stube typifies the essence of Walser culture.

Tastefully furnished in perfect Walser style, the restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere in which to sample an innovative cuisine, served by staff in traditional costume. Giorgio’s creativity brings a touch of originality to traditional dishes, with surprising and imaginative combinations of ingredients to transform the plain local fare.

Nothing is left to chance, from the use of highest quality ingredients to the careful selection of wines to complement the dishes. The excellent wine list is extensive and includes over 100 labels of Italian and foreign wines.
